Education For Better Tomorrow
- Dhairya distributes scholarships to the students of Kamla Nehru School every year to support the education of poor and meritorious students.
- Providing Assistance to the students preparing for Engineering & other competitive exams.
- Educating laborers on sites so that they should be aware of financial empowerment, their rights & their responsibilities.
Helping And Giving
We believe in helping and giving, a few instances are disaster relief
- Patna is a flood-prone area – so every year, we distribute food, milk, water to the needy
- All our employees contributed 1-day salary to CM fund for COVID 19 Crisis & Dhairya Constructions matched the total fund value
Steps Towards The Environment
We believe every little change matters and it is everyone’s responsibility to take care of nature. We strive to pass on nature to the younger generations as we had it. So we initiated a few activities

- Distributed blankets & clothes to laborers during the winter season
- Spent Christmas with children from nearby slum areas. We distributed gifts, chocolates & Christmas cakes to all.
