Our Fitness trainers are available during the whole time of your workout, they will do a complete health screening and provide you with your workout schedule through our own App, help you understand your workout plan, explain you all the equipment usage and help you work towards your goals.

It is based on what package you have opted for. All gym membership plan will have access to all the facilities of the gym. Except that the group classes like Zumba, yoga , cardio boxing & personal training will be chargeable.

There should be no reason for you not to be able to try Virtu before joining. You can avail a Two-day free pass by informing the front desk manager.

Yes, we have separate male and female changing rooms. We provide showers and lockers inside the changing rooms.

We are open from 5.30 am to 10 pm. Usually 7 am to 9 am again 6 pm to 9 pm are the peak hours. We have ample number of equipment, distributed around the gym so you will have access to the equipment when every you want.

No. However, if you wish to maximise results with minimum time, we also offer Personal Training and Nutrition Counselling sessions as well as certain special paid Group Training workouts. In addition to that we also offer Paid Group Exercise classes. As member of our gym, you will be able take advantage of our many other unique and entirely complimentary benefits such as complimentary Wi-Fi, shower.

Yes. Personalised programmes are available which include Periodical Diet counselling sessions, regular personal training to achieve your fitness goals faster. you will find a whole range of options to choose from Virtu.

At Virtu, we believe that exercise is a lifelong habit. That is why when it comes to freezing of your membership, it will only be for medical reasons or outstation/overseas assignments for more than 2 weeks with written notice & email to our official mail id addressing the manager and management. For further information, please contact our Front Office.
However Memberships may be freezed for any reasons for freeze charges of __1000rs ___/ month for a period of not less than one and not more than three months.

Here at Virtu our member's health and safety is our number one priority. We have introduced numerous new safety precautions. We have installed multiple hand sanitising stations inside the gym premises, hand sanitisers which are located as soon as you enter the gym. Members also have the option to wash their hands directly after entering. There is extra cleaning done for the safety of the members to disinfect machines before and after use.

We have physiotherapist /Dietitian/senior trainers with over 10 years of experience. They handle Fitness assessment,Health screening ,give individual customized workout schedule and diet chart, and even specific training as per your health goals.

Yes, but it will depend on your condition and medical clearance may need to be provided by your doctor. We have specialised staff like Physiotherapist and Nutritionist ,they can help you and members are regularly referred to us by their doctor. If you have a specific medical issue, please email the details in confidence to [email protected] and attach a copy of your doctor/physio clearance letter to this email. However a detailed health screening is done at the time of enrolment.

Yes, sure you can bring a guest once for a free trial. If they choose to come once in a while with you they can buy a 1 day pass for Rs.______ from the front desk every time they show up. If they enroll, for a membership, You may avail the on-going referral program benefits.

If you introduce a friend while your membership is still current, you may be entitled to a referral gift as a thank you. Special forms are available from Reception during the period of a specific promotion.

Your General Trainer will provide an initial and ongoing opportunity for you to discuss your fitness goals, and will help you to develop the best exercise program with you. The general trainers are always available to answer any questions and will update your program at regular intervals, whenever you feel ready for a change, we suggest every 2 to 3 months.
A personal trainer is someone who can personally guide you through each workout so that you can achieve 100% results, 100% of the time. They will provide expert knowledge, encouragement, monitor your technique and constantly fine-tune your program as you progress.

Yes, we do have a nutritionist to support you throughout your journey for better health with us. You can connect with the front desk to fix up an appointment.
